Feedback from EMBA Creative Leadership

Pia Sarnala-Kallio "The first year gave me a versatile up-to-date perspective and practical tools to understand how to run a business in a current, chaotic environment. I found new ideas  and utilized this knowledge in my daily work. One big part of my learning was my own active participation in all those intensive and eager discussions in which we shared our own experiences with the lecturers and participants. That was truly fruitful but also fun!

I am very interested in finding inspiration and ideas, and also in how to operate and lead a service business in a global environment in the future. These are the cornerstones for the best possible combination of great customer experiences and new business models.

Project Centre of Excellence, Nordea
Anssi Koivuniemi “Creating innovative services in collaboration with customers, commercialization and selling services to international clients, and leading virtual and off-shore service teams is a major part of my work. The second part of JTO’s program seems to focus well on my personal needs of further education. Experiences from the first part of the program were excellent. Inspiring lectures and the group work with great and challenging discussions with other participants taught me a lot and gave me new angles on business.”

They will understand their fixed and typical ways of thinking and behaving which help and hinder their ability to lead in a complex world where change is an accepted way of life. They will also learn what their own values and principles are in times of uncertainly and increasing chaos. The intention will be for participants to leave the course having gained a range of new ideas and understanding that opened up the space and ability of each of them to experience significant personal and leadership transformation.
