JTO School of Management employs permanently about one hundred full-time professionals and several as network partners. Most of our jobs are development expert positions covering the whole field of leadership, management, human resource and organization development. Our customers are both small and large companies, for whom we provide services in tailored development programs from management and leadership training and coaching to large consultative projects in business development or organizational change. In addition, we provide services to individual experts, leaders and managers who want to develop their skills in our open enrolment programs. We provide services in whole Finland and also abroad. Our offices are located in Kirkkonummi, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Vaasa and Oulu. In addition to experts we employ development assistants and administrative professionals. On the JTO Campus in Kirkkonummi there are also jobs for professionals in lodging and catering business.
