Let us make the figures alive!

Completion of this module signifies an ability to analyze the financial figures of the organisation. The participants will learn the connection between organizational processes and the financial success of the organisation. The participants will be able to use and put into action financial and accounting information in planning, decision making and managing.

Talous-moduulin suorittaminen antaa osallistujalle valmiudet ymmärtää paremmin oman organisaation taloudellista menestymistä ja siihen vaikuttavia tekijöitä sekä analysoida ja hyödyntää tunnuslukuja ja taloudellista tietoa toiminnan johtamisessa omassa esimies- tai asiantuntijatyössä.

The participants will improve their Business Economic intelligence by strengthening their  

ability to understand and deal with economical information and concretize, practice and test the learned

material concerning strategy, HRM, marketing and leadership & management

Tämä moduuli vahvistaa osallistujien kykyä taloudellisesta näkökulmasta arvioida, analysoida ja tehdä oikeita kehittämispäätöksiä oman organisaation toiminnassa. Lisäksi tämän moduulin simulaatiomaisen työskentelyn avulla osallistujat pääsevät havainnollistamaan, käytännöllistämään ja testaamaan strategia-, markkinointi-, HRM/HRD- ja leadership-jaksoilla esille tulleita asioita.

The way to study - Oppimistapa

The participants will write essays concerning the financial situation in their own organisation. These texts will be analyzed through a financial theory with the tutor. During the process each participant will do a detailed development plan for themselves. Financial lectures will be put in action in the Maestro® Simulator learning environment, which is a simulation game connecting financial, strategical, marketing etc. factors

Oppiminen tällä moduulilla koostuu henkilökohtaisista essee- ja muista pohdintatöistä, luento- ja ryhmätyöpohjaisista lähijaksoista sekä simulaatiopelistä, joka kokoaa yhteen eri moduulien tärkeimpiä omaksuttavia asioita.
